Scared? Don't be. It's not that hard to remember!
Period 1: Technological and Environmental Transformations (to c. 600 BCE)
-You'll cover from a time where people couldn't write to when the first civilizations begin to appear. Quite an interesting start, if you ask us.
Period 2: Organization and Reorganization of Human Societies (c. 600 BCE to c. 600 CE)
-In this stage, the first major empires and civilizations have emerged! This is the classical age, which was full of innovations, civilizations, and human developments.
Period 3: Regional and Transregional Interactions (c. 600 CE to c. 1450)
-Since the classical age is over, we've now entered what is known as the post-classical age. The world is becoming a lot more unified now as more and more interactions take place between distant regions.
Period 4: Global Interactions (c. 1450 to c. 1750)
-Woah, you're getting closer! The east and the west have now connected through exchanges and trade routes. Suddenly, the slave trade has boomed, mostly originating from Africa and traveling to the Americas and Europe. You've got to understand all of this before you can continue your journey.
Period 5: Industrialization and Global Integration (c. 1750 to c. 1900)
-It all starts in Great Britain. Wow, who knew humans could think of such innovative things? We've finally entered the industrialization age. More people are moving to urban areas and society is seriously changing.
Period 6: Accelerating Global Change and Realignments (c. 1900 to the Present)
-This will be your final stage before you reach the climax, and trust us. It's not going to be easy. In this stage, you'll have to understand the world wars and the global alliances that are forming for the first time in history.
YES! You've made it through all six stages! Just remember, memorizing the time period and the main components of each stage is crucial. Now, onto the most difficult obstacle the WHAP Demon will throw at you...
